Darakev, a Bulgarian [LL.M., Sofia University-Law Faculty 1987-1992; Law Trainee - Sofia City Court 1992; IP Qualification Certificate - BPO 1998], and its head office is located in Sofia, Bulgaria. The managing owner, Mr. Darakev, is an English speaking registered Attorney at Law [Reg. No.1600259210–Sofia Bar Association], 
National Trademark & Design Attorney [Reg. No.108– Bulgarian Patent Office] and European (EU) Professional Industrial Property Representative [Reg. No.37149–EUIPO Alicante]. Mr. Darakev is a highly skilled lawyer who has an extensive experience as a trusted legal advisor for numerous domestic and foreign legal entities and individuals in their business activities and investment processes in Bulgaria and abroad.
